Pressurized water drives a reciprocating piston in the water motor cylinder. This piston drives the chemical concentrate-metering piston that draws concentrate from the drum and injects it into the water from the water cylinder.
Our exclusive metering principle assures consistent proportioning irrespective of fluctuations in water flow. In most applications, the deviation is less than 1%.
An adjustable, graduated scale indicates the proportional settings in linear form. Once set, the process can be easily duplicated in future operations. Our patented water diversion valve block and chemical pump head insure consistent dilutions even at the lowest water flows.
