Your Hydroblend is a critical part of your process. Keeping your unit in great shape will ensure a long and trouble free life. Whether you just need a tune up, or a complete rebuild, we offer it all. This process is simple and a great way to keep your Hydroblend running like new.
1. Please contact our Customer Service department at (208) 375-5000 to receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization).
2. Once you have received an RMA#, it is imperative that you flush the pump out with water before it is sent back in for repair.
3. In preparation for shipment, please make sure you include a packing slip that states the following information:

Once Hydroblend International has received your pump, it will be estimated free of charge. When the estimate is complete, your company will be contacted by one of our Customer Service representatives with the repair cost, and further instructions.
