Specialty Applications

The Hydroblend can dilute virtually any water soluble chemical concentrate into a water stream. With that in mind, there is no application we can't handle. Hydroblend manufactures a broad range of fluid powered chemical proportioning and mixing pumps. Heavy-duty components and the ability to customize according to customer requirements assure a long and trouble-free pump life. Hydroblend proportioners have been used since the company's inception in almost every application imaginable. They are extremely accurate and are considered the quality and reliability leader in a variety of applications.

The Hydroblend operates by pressurized air or water driving a reciprocating piston in the motor cylinder. This piston drives the chemical concentrate-metering piston that draws concentrate from the drum and injects it into the water from the water cylinder. It is extremely accurate regardless of fluctuations in air or water pressure and even at the lowest of lows. No electricity is needed.
